A6000 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the a6000 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the a6000 platform at the domain a6000.co, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use this platform.

Continued use of the a6000 platform following any amendments to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure compliance with the latest version.

The a6000 platform is strictly for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are located in a jurisdiction where such services are lawfully permitted. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the a6000 platform. Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any related winnings being forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension, withdrawal rejection, or legal action where identity fraud is involved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. a6000 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.

  • Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

  • Always log out of your account when you're done using the platform, especially on shared devices.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users of the a6000 platform agree to use its services in a responsible, ethical, and lawful manner. Any use of the platform for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited.

The following actions are prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:

  • Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to exploit the platform's systems.
  • Transferring or sharing your account balance with other users without platform approval.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the a6000 security systems.
  • Using multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses.
  • Disclosing confidential platform information to third parties without prior written authorisation.
  • Using the platform for commercial or business purposes without a written agreement from a6000.

A6000 reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these terms and may request additional identity verification at any time if deemed necessary.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the a6000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB Bank, and Public Bank, as well as the Touch 'n Go e-wallet. The list of available payment methods is subject to change at the platform's discretion.

Deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your account within minutes. If you experience an unexplained delay of more than 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction for further assistance.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

  • For security and fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
  • A user's account must be fully verified before the first withdrawal can be processed.
  • All bonuses received are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn.
  • A6000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents, such as a copy of your identification card, for transactions exceeding a specified amount.
  • Withdrawals suspected to be linked to fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms may be suspended or cancelled pending investigation.

A6000 is not liable for any service charges or fees imposed by third-party financial institutions when processing your transactions.

5. Liability Limitations, Account Policies & Intellectual Property

The a6000 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. a6000 is not liable for any financial losses, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of this platform.

A6000 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected disruptions may cause the platform to be temporarily unavailable. We will endeavour to provide advance notice whenever planned maintenance is required.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

A6000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in cases of Terms violations, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request from the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a legitimate Terms breach, any account balance may be withheld pending investigation. Users may also voluntarily request account closure by contacting our support team.

Intellectual Property

All content on the a6000 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software code, and related materials — is the property of a6000 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any platform content without prior written permission from a6000.

Third-Party Links

The a6000 platform may contain references to third-party services or content. a6000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any referenced third-party websites or services. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

A6000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Notice of changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you are required to stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
